Booking Information

Thank you for contacting us. Below you will find the main information for making a reservation and the related cancellation conditions:

  • Reservations are accepted exclusively through our website, even for regular customers
  • During the online process, a quote for the stay and the required deposit amount will be automatically displayed
  • At the end of the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email, which must be kept and presented at check-in
  • For direct bookings via bank transfer or last-minute, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in as a guarantee
  • A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking
  • The deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the arrival date

Cancellation Terms and Conditions
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days (excluding) before arrival: full refund of the deposit
  • Cancellations from 7 days (including) onwards: a penalty of 50% of the total amount
  • From 3 days (including) before, no-show, late arrival, or early departure: a penalty of 100% of the booking amount
  • Penalties will only be applied in case of actual cancellation according to the above conditions
  • In case of non-payment or unsuccessful pre-authorization, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice

Rules and Times
Check-out: by 10:00 in the morning.

Parking
  • Parking check-in: available from 12:00 (for one car only)
  • Parking check-out: by 11:00
  • Parking spots are available until exhausted and cannot be booked in advance

  • The hotel does not have a night guard service
  • Guests returning after 23:00 must bring the keys with them, as the rooms are also equipped with main entrance keys
  • A night bell is available at the entrance and should be used only in case of genuine emergency

Deposit
Upon check-in, a security deposit of €30 per room is required in cash, covering:
  • Assigned beach umbrella
  • Any safe keys
  • Parking card
  • Hotel keys
The deposit will be refunded at check-out upon return of all items. If any item is lost, the entire deposit will be withheld.

Tourist Tax
€1.40 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights (subject to municipal changes). Exemptions: children under 12 years, persons with disabilities (with disability documentation), and one accompanying person.

Catering
Breakfast: 08:00 - last entry at 10:00.

Each room will have an assigned table in the restaurant.
Guests with bed & breakfast options wishing to dine in the hotel must request the daily menu by 12:00, fill it out, and return it to the reception for kitchen communication.
Our kitchen uses only freshly prepared products on the day, respecting waste reduction ethics. You can choose wines à la carte.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements: we carefully manage vegetarian diets but do not offer vegan cuisine.

Payments

Payment hours: 08:30 - 14:00
For early morning departures, the balance must be settled the previous day within the indicated hours.

Supplements and Conditions of Stay
  • Single-use double room: +30%
  • Late check-out (from 10:00 to 18:00): 50% of the daily rate
  • Rates are per room per night, varying based on room type and number of occupants
  • One-night stays: a 15% surcharge applies for cleaning costs due to close changeovers and laundry

Beach Service
Not bookable in advance,
Each room includes one umbrella and two sunbeds, regardless of the number of guests.
Booking through the hotel website includes the beach service.
Additional rentals can be arranged at beach office no. 10.
On departure day (subject to availability):
  • Umbrella + 2 sunbeds: €12
  • Parking: €8
  • Both: €20

Facilities
Historic hotel located near the centre and the beach.
Currently without an elevator.
Features spacious, easily accessible stairs on two levels.

Room Prices
Rates vary according to room type.
The indicated rate refers to the cost per night, based on occupancy, not per person per 24 hours.
For single-night stays, a 15% increase applies to cover higher laundry and intensive cleaning costs at the start and end of the stay.

Discounts for Children
  • Children from 0 to 1.99 years: **free** (100% discount)
  • Children from 2 to 5.99 years: **50% discount**
  • Children from 6 to 9.99 years: **20% discount**

Behaviour
Please do not access common areas, especially the dining room, wearing only swimwear, shirtless, or without appropriate footwear.
Maintain a respectful and modest attire in all communal areas.
Please speak quietly when moving to or from your room to promote a relaxing and discreet environment.
Treat your room with care, as if it were your own, respecting staff work to ensure your comfort.

Pets
Small pets (up to 10 kg) are allowed with prior email notification.
The daily fee covers extra cleaning and ozone disinfection.
For room cleaning with pets present, it is recommended to arrange the timing with the staff.
Pets must always be on a leash in common areas and are not permitted in the bar and restaurant rooms.

Environmental Protection
  • An amenities kit is available in the room only on the day of check-in
  • Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving; staff may turn them off if the guest is absent
  • Linen change is requested only when strictly necessary
  • Changing bed linen before 3 days incurs a €5 surcharge
  • Linen is washed and sanitised at certified laundries
  • Towels are changed as needed at no extra charge and are internally treated with professional washing cycles and oxygen-based disinfection

Room Care
Unoccupied rooms are periodically disinfected using professional ozone machines.
The hotel constantly updates products and systems dedicated to hygiene to continuously improve service quality.

Safety of the Facility
The hotel conducts periodic safety inspections every six months, as required by current regulations, to ensure efficiency and compliance.
These inspections, carried out by specialised technicians, cover fire hydrants, hoses, push-activated emergency doors, and fire extinguishers, which are located at strategic points and numbered.
Owners and staff have completed all mandatory safety courses, including fire safety, first aid, and food safety.

Lost Property
Items found will be stored by management for 15 days, during which you can request their retrieval. After this period, items will be discarded.
The management does not take responsibility for valuables not stored in secure safes.
Due to high guest turnover, not all lost objects can be recovered.

Regulations for Minors
Article 2 of the Civil Code states that minors under 18 have no legal capacity and therefore cannot sign contracts; for this reason, they cannot stay in the hotel alone.
Additionally, Article 318 of the Civil Code prohibits minors from leaving home without parental authorisation.
A minor can only stay in the hotel if accompanied by:
  • at least one parent, presenting an identification document
  • a third adult who is not a parent, provided they have written and signed permission from the parents, accompanied by a copy of their ID, and the minor’s own ID

Article 109 of the TULPS confirms that hoteliers must request this written consent for unaccompanied minors.
In summary:
  • Minors can stay with at least one parent, showing a valid ID
  • Minors can stay with a different adult only with a signed permission form and attached documents. Download the minor permission form here
  • Minors cannot stay alone, even with ID

Note on the Bar
Decree Law No. 14 of 20 February 2015, Art. 12, paragraph 2, prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18.
The Ministry of Economic Development clarified that the ban also applies to on-site serving.
Penalties include:
  • Sale or serving of alcohol to minors under 18: administrative fine from €250 to €1,000
  • Serving alcohol to minors under 16: imprisonment up to one year
